Lead the e-commerce team in re-writing all products in the Amazon spreadsheet. Optimized product listings and advised on adding new models.
Challange: The store was set up with an outside vendor to manage inventory and product content. The software provider was leaving the smaller tiers of clients to work with bigger merchants. My solution: Researched and found a suitable and sustainable omnichannel software. Led the company alongside programmers to implement the store with FPC’s Amazon store. We re-launched shortly after.

Mapping Out A Clear Customer Journey
First, I mapped out a demand gen campaign along with the customer journey. Choosing all elements to improve the user experience. Based on my audience data I was able to create content that moved FPC customers through the stages of the acquisition channels. I ensured that it offered customers a personalized experience.

Under my direction in E-commerce. Results: Gained Retention. 55% climb in revenue. A large increase in website traffic. Increased sales in every clothing, up from the year before by thousands of dollars.

Immediate Growth in Web Traffic & Sales
In the first quarter of the year, I increased website traffic on the E-commerce website by an incredible amount over 600% up from the years before totaling a 200% revenue increase for 2015. I am 2015 (blue).
SEO Management and Re-imagined Content
Overseen and directed a new product web page layout and design on the website. Choosing all elements to improve the user experience. This added to the increase in the number of purchases made on the site. Wrote new content and ensured the website was immaculately optimized.
