Are day spas in Orange County, CA. The company wanted to position itself as a luxury spa but didn’t know how to achieve that transition. And they needed to increase sales to help recover from being shut down during COVID. One of my challenges was to revamp and improve the day spa’s image, to look like a luxury facility.

With my taste for the luxury aesthetic & through careful curation and planning of content, I was able to give the spa’s IG a significant Facelift.

Creative Performance Ads

We crafted a paid and organic strategy. We designed the ads and posts and all content contained new messaging. Our advertisements were highly relevant and the interaction rates were improved.

Facebook Ads

With high CTR, Clicks, and Action Rates the ads were generating leads and the Facebook followers increased by 500 within 2 months.

The ads helped bring in a 20% shift upward in revenue from the prior years. And particular campaigns such as mother's day saw a $70k increase in May making it the highest grossing year for the spa to date.

All KPI’s showed impressive metrics and the ads performed to standard and surpassed sales goals. 

Our ad strategy generated thousands of leads to the website and sales for the spa. This contributed to the increase in website traffic, website sales, and bookings bringing the spas to a 20% increase in revenue at each location in Orange County, CA.

The spa client told me that 2019 was their best year before COVID shut down their facilities. I set a goal to exceed all of the company’s best 2019 benchmarks and goals. 

 

Shown in the GA report is how 2022 surpassed 2019 in every metric to bring traffic to the Spa’s website.
